b- this past monday night we had the pleasure of being a part of the made in l.a. event that was held at the cooper building in downtown los angeles. it was an event that was in support of the mayor's initiative to highlight and culitivate the los angles fashion industry. five bloggers (including yours truly) were selected and assigned the task of creating a fashion mood board for a specific area of los angeles.
we were given venice. we wanted to pay homage to the beach city's athleticism and playfulness through the use of the jump suit from veroncia m and converse. to balance the sportiness of the ensemble, we threw on gold accessories everywhere including an amazing turban from another local la designer kristen perry.
