b- i remember a few months ago when dani pointed out the new "bubble" necklace from j. crew's new line. she pointed out how she really liked how they had lowered the placement of the statement necklace. i loved her observation but i was on the fence about the necklace. but then i started seeing it everywhere. every magazine. every advertisement. everywhere. it became its own microtrend in the jewelry world in no time. the more i looked at it the more i loved the texture it gave to a look.
so i gave in.
iris apfel was quoted as saying, "a trend is only good if it works for you."
and it feels like it's workin' just fine.
